This shirt isn't in itself a perfect shirt. It's a bit sheer, the reflective parts do not stretch, and you can only clean it so many times before the band starts to flake off, but I'm still giving this a 5 star because my god I have been searching for this.
I work at a gas station where we have to wear black polos outside. Even during summer. It's hell.
Last year they gave the crew that was there 1 of these shirts. There was no way to order more and we only got the 1. We could wear this, or the black polo.
Now, we have new people in our crew, and our old ones are falling apart, and the summer is creeping in.
After finding this listing, my coworkers were waiting for news on if it was legit or not. it had to look EXACTLY like our issued High-Viz shirts or we wouldnt be able to use it. Now that I can confirm it's the right shirt, I'm going to pass around this listing or start placing orders for my coworkers and make sure they know to write it off in their taxes as a work expense.
Ill defintely order a few more of these for myself to keep in storage for the future.

Good if youre on a budget. Not terribly flexible. They serve the purpose of viability and keeping cooler than wearing the vest over top.
I bought some for my husband hoping to save by not getting the Carhart version. He knew instantly. He says theyre not as comfortable and the reflective strips are very stiff.

These are nice for my guys to wear while doing roadside assistance during the hot summer months. They are lightweight, bright and reflective. The only thing I don't really like about them is that they are very transparent. They are so thin that you can see nipples through them. You are forced to wear an undershirt beneath them.

The size might be fairly accurate in a non-reflective version of this shirt, but the stripe has no stretch and it's more comfortable if you get a size larger than you normally would. The neck opening is centered instead of being set slightly forward, so the neckline will be high in the front and the pocket is nearly in your armpit instead of out on your chest.

light weight breathable and a great price. For my profession working in a rock quarry I cant see paying top dollar for a shirt that will most likly get oil and dirt on it on a daily basis. Its been 6 months of using these shirts 1-2 times a week on a weekly basis depending on laundry schedual. They are stained but all the seams are still in tact. will be buying more soon.
