This is the absolute best scone mix on the planet!! I made 3 batches for company and everyone just raved about them. They are easy to make, and they bake up light and airy. They are totally delicious!! i cant wait to try the other flavors, as i am sure they will be just as fabulous! i would recommend them to anyone for any occasion!

These scones are much better than store bought, and are very easy to make, especially with the Nordic cast iron scone pan. If you want to make scones on a regular basis, these are very good.
