Shorter than I expected

I bought these to go with a Bear 1st Shot bow and arrow set but these arrows are actually an inch shorter than what come with the beginner set. Otherwise they are fine but why would Bear make these smaller than what comes with their beginner set for the youngest age?

I bought these arrows to go with the Bear Archery set I bought my nephew for Christmas. The arrows. Mae quickly, were good quality and reasonably priced.
Don't shoot at a hay bale with these!

These may be ideal for a very young archer shooting through paper with a beginner mini bow, but these clearly are not durable enough for a seriously budding archer. These fell apart after one shoot at a hay target. I thought I could save on arrows as they can be quite expensive - but if they don't last, cheap arrows are as good as worthless. Just not the right arrows for us!

Great, sturdy beginners arrows for youth. The tips came off easily and all had to be super-glued on but worked just fine after that. As a courtesy to the archery beginners, these won't work well for field archery targets (only for foam) as they are rounded tips and will bounce off. This tip would have been helpful to me when first making the purchase so thought I'd share it just in case anyone else needed to know. Serious beginners won't be using them for long and you'd be better off getting some carbon arrows with field tips.
