Little one just turned 4 mos, and she's never been a fan of laying down. She held her head up from the time she was born and constantly amazes me with milestones. Within a month, she began stretching her legs out to stand, so I usually put my hands under for her to balance. We've been doing that for a while, but needed something just like this. This product has it's benefits in the home and on the go. Although it's definitely made for a bigger infant (she's 22.5 inches, mostly torso. weighs approx 12 lbs), she almost swims, but she can sit in it for about 30 min (hr max) when awake, less than 15 if she's a little tired. Her feet don't quite touch the floor yet, so she mostly keeps them up. We've had this about 2 weeks now... I bought a baby doorway swing at the same time... I do like to use this more because it's readily available, but she does get more exercise in the swing. She's definitely gaining balance. I plan to use this when we go to tball games and other outside activities... Very well made and not a cheapo item. Worth it!
Great idea, horrible execution. Dangerous product.

Update: I know that the description says it locks, but ours did not. Possible that ours was defective, but in either case, it started falling apart the first time we used. It by the time we threw it away on our second trip with it, the bag and completely fallen a part and one leg had become detached.
A truly horrible and unsafe product. Ours started falling apart the first time that we used it. The idea behind this product is great and my wife and I were excited to get it. Also, there is nothing to keep the product setup. As a child plays, the product slowly folds up on itself and then becomes unstable.

The idea of the GoPod is great. It is very convenient to have somewhere to put my baby when we are at a friends house or on the go. I did like that you can attach links with toys on it. However, there are still a lot of kinks to work out.
When you put your baby in it, they sink down into the seat. Then it causes the fabric to slant down, so all the toys fall in towards the baby, and if they have a drink or snacks in the trays, they will fall in too. I think the seat part is way too deep. My son is almost 4 months old and he is already too tall for the GoPod. I have only had it one month and he cannot use it anymore. So it was used a total of 4 times probably. He did not like it at first, because he sunk down into it. He loves his traditional exersaucer!
UPDATE:
I ended up returning the GoPod. There is another product by a competitor that worked out the kinks of the GoPod. On the middle setting my very tall 8 month old can still use it.

Love love love this thing!! Recently went on a Caribbean cruise with my 7month old. Was a life saver. She used it on the boat at the pool, where ever we ate. She used it at the beach. Allowed her the freedom to play and be upright. She can sit in a high chair but barely she's so little. But one you won't regret it!!!
Dangerous -- DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I'm surprised this product is still on the market. Not only is it extremely cheaply made, but it is very unsafe. My son was sitting/standing in it and was able to tip it over. He was only 10 months old at the time, and 22 lbs. Fortunately he wasn't hurt, but it was very scary and could have been a lot worse. Kids are typically top heavy and this thing is super lightweight, so it's a bad combination. And the fabric started tearing at all of the seams the first 5 minutes he was in it. You can see in the photos how the fabric was ripping at all 4 connection points on top of the product. Total waste of money. We threw ours in the trash.
