I'm Greek, need I say more lol... if you like Anise these are very flavorful! They are not hard and crunchy and they are not soft. It is this happy middle of both. Very hard to explain honestly. If you are wanting lots of crunch or just soft you may not like it, but if that is not an issue and you crave some Anise, you will get that 100%!!!

Excellent anise flavor! They are soft but if you pop them in the toaster oven for about a minute & cool they crisp right up.
Unfortunately my recent purchase arrived all broken to bits. Due to the fragility of the cookies I knew there may be some casualties. Since the cookie box was loose inside the shipping package they got tossed around in transit.
