Great Source of Selenium!

These brazil nuts taste great. They are salted but I only eat two a day to get the daily required amount of selenium. They are also a good source of MUFA'S and vitamin E. The latest thing is to try to get your vitamins from real whole foods and these nuts make it easy to do the right thing.

I love brazil nuts but can only find the shelled variety at certain times of the year. Was happy to spot these on Amazon and I wasn't disappointed. Although I prefer them raw out of the shell, these roasted ones were just as delicious. A bit pricey but worth it if you're as "nutty" as I am!

I enjoy all nuts except almonds, and I am not all that interested in peanuts. As for the rest, Brazils are near the top, the top being held by the more-expensive Macadamia. However, I was pleased to try these Brazil nuts from Superior Nut Company and am very pleased with the product. There were a lot of nuts in that 1-pound bag and all where whole. No halves or pieces. The taste was just a little salty which is what I had wanted, and tasted very fresh. No cardboardy taste, just smooth nut meats without the bother of shelling them myself. I will order these again although because I had also ordered hazelnuts and Macadamias, it may take a while before I need to do so.

Brazil nuts fans, ever try to find these to purchase separately at the grocery store? I could only find them in mixed cans. These were shipped promptly, and the quality was great. I got the lightly salted ones. I have ordered twice now, and will order regularly.
