As my grandsons say "Awesome"! We wanted a vest that met the Coast Guard regulations and did not chafe at the neck and arms. This vest is perfect. It is so soft that it is very comfortable to wear. I bought two of the type with the strap between the legs and one without the strap for my older grandson. We use the vests for. our pool. Jumping in with them on is not a problem. Not sure of the durability as I just bought the vests but they appear to be well made. I would definitely recommend.
