My son is part of his school drama club and has to provide his own make up and costumes. The make up worked out great for his program. There was enough for his dress rehearsals and performances and the price was right.

Ben Nye sets the standard for theatrical make-up. I have acted in many shows over the past few years in community theater, and have always used Ben Nye for my make-up. I recommend this product.

This is a great basic stage makeup kit. The color appears a bit orange, but looks good from the stage. We found the lip color useful too. I thought the price was a bit high, but my two girls used it through 10 show days each and we have plenty left over to get through another show series.

My eleven-year-old granddaughter has been bitten by the theater bug, just as I was long (long!) ago. I was thrilled at the time to get my very own stage makeup. This a very basic kit, but learning the basics of stage makeup first is the right way to go, IMO.

I have not yet opened the kit. It is for her upcoming birthday. But its clear packaging allow me to confirm that it is complete and undamaged. If anything goes wrong I will be back to edit this review, but otherwise you can assume that the makeup is easy and safe to use.

I think that giving my granddaughter this gives me a chance to affirm her newly-discovered world of the theater and to shout my encouragement from the sidelines. So if you have a young actor who would love an extra round of applause, consider this inexpensive entry-level theatrical make-up kit. We should recognize and support our children's artistic pursuits whenever we can.
