Just ok, there are better options

These are just ok. The Y shape is pretty good makes it easier to reach back teeth. But the material is a bit flimsy, not strong enough and doesn't have a good grip to get between tight teeth. Also, it's not long enough to reach my last molar with a decent grip. I stopped using these once I found the handle flosser, Listerine ULTRACLEAN Access Flosser (https://www.amazon.com/Listerine-Ultraclean-Access-Flosser-Starter/dp/B012O4XCW2) which is just perfect. Trust me.. get that and forget this.
Perpendicular Flossers

I use these religiously when driving to and from work. It is an easy way to build flossing into your routine. Be sure to throw them away properly, no one wants to pick up your used flossers.
These guys are made tough, you can pretty aggressively floss all your teeth without the string becoming frayed. The floss string is perpendicular to the handle, which is different than most of the flossers. I am torn on if I like it more or not. It does make them bulkier, in case you are storing the bag of flossers in your car. However, it does help with getting to your back teeth without shoving your entire hand down your mouth. My dentist was impressed at my last visit.
The flip side of the dental pick has a brush which is helpful for getting under my permanent retainer on my front teeth. It works as most of the brush-side flossers. These are great as a subscribe and save item, to make sure you always floss your teeth.

The exact same thing that I buy at a big box store, but I never remember to buy at that store. I don't know if these are even considered best practice by dentists -- they seem to have the opinion that no matter how you're doing things, it's wrong -- but I assume using these is better than not flossing. I have big meaty hands, so flossing the traditional way just bothered the hell out of me. Using these little things makes me hate flossing less, so I floss more often.

Yes!! I love how far back these reach. These are undoubtably the BEST flossers I have ever used. They're so easy to use and efficient that I do it almost every day--this is coming from a former traditional flossing-hater. I used to abhor flossing with the traditional string, but these are, quite simply, awesome. My husband even flosses now--something truly shocking for him. I will be re-purchasing these. Great minty clean feeling on the string too.

I am terrible about flossing, even though my dentist is always on me harping about it. He says how important flossing is for protecting your teeth and gums. Intellectually, I know I should floss more, but it can be such a hassle that I usually do not bother with the extra step.
These floss picks make it so much easier. Because the floss is attached to a sturdy plastic it's easier to push it between your teeth and work to get the gunk out. These floss picks are the only way I will bother flossing. If you're a lazy flosser like I am, you should pick them up. They're inexpensive and easy to use. Plus, they'll help protect us from gum disease and whatnot.
