100 mg resolution but only readable around 500 mg, sometimes would register as low as 0.2 g but was consistent at 0.5 g
Need a quality standard to run internal cal.
Linearity tested with in 0.5 g for me up to 70 grams.
There are much better priced units that perform as good or better.

My unit looked nothing like the picture, mine is blue, cheap plastic body, plastic adjustable legs. Does have a level bubble, also my screen is very small. Pan on my unit is round as well.Runs on batteries, no power supply. Feel like I was falsely advertised to.

Nothing like the specs. Also no RS232. Junk is what I received, if I still had the box I would return it.
Excellent balance for various uses

I used this to measure the fuel consumption of a small Diesel engine that I had under test. It was setup with a flask of fuel on the weighing tray. By measuring weight change over time I was able to accurately measure fuel in the .1 to .5 grams/sec range. I took advantage of the RS232 interface to record and process weight measurements at a 4 second rate. The balance is very sensitive to air movement but the builtin filters work well to remove disturbances; In my situation I used a plexiglass box to isolate the fuel flask from errors induced by air movement. Overall this is a great product.
