I really wanted to give this 3.5 stars. Too many sesame seeds and flavor wasn't well balanced, almost sweet. Lacking in garlic and cumin.
Trader Joes discontinued their falafel, it was a 5 stars to me.
I wish the chickpeas pieces were more ground (smaller).
Not the worse falafel but I've seen better.

The water to mix ratio as listed on the package is perfect- the balls didn't crumble in the oil or ooze into an unidentifiable shape. They were crisp on the outside and fluffy tender on the inside.
