It's a pretty little stone "BUT" it's not a carved seal of any kind. So, unless you can carve a Chinese seal or a soapstone seal...this whole unit is pretty well useless. I bought it as a gift for a friend...don't waste your money!

A great soapstone seal that is easy to carve with standard carving tools.
The ink came in a ceramic dish with a lid. The ink paste was a little hardened, but a mist of water fixed the problem.
I couldn't really tell what was carved into the top the the seal, but I'm guessin it is a dragon.
The cardboard box it came in was made with cardboard that is wrapped in fabric and it looks nice. The only problem with the box is that the lid doesn't close all the way on the right hand side, because the lid of the ink dish pushing it up.
