Millet flour is underrated and delicious...

Very nice, tastes great, adds the texture I want to my gluten free baked goods giving them a very nice crumb. I mix it with white rice flour, a starch or two, and xanthan gum for a great flour blend that works for my cookies, breads, cakes, biscuits and dumplings.

There is a story behind this order. I actually thought I placed an order for organic millet. When it arrived I had received organic millet flour.
Long story short, the quality is excellent! but I strongly suggest that the seller find a way to highlight the product inside sine the bag looks the same in the whole product line. Thankfully I could use the flour so it worked out in the end. If they keep all the bags the same I would suggest a red stamp on the bag or something a little more visible when ordering.

This was my first time ordering flour from Great River. Came in one box and really fast. Big bag to I took 5 ziploc bags and separated the flour into 5 pound bags. Easier to work with and I froze the other bags for later. Will buy again but I will have to think about the amount again. 25 pounds is A LOT of flour unless you can use it up really fast.

This is the best flour ever. I made pizza and bread from this flour. The taste is heavenly. I could not believe I went through so much flour so fast. The family was loving it. We did not gain any extra pounds but we do work out daily.
