Excellent product though it will last only about 3-4 years with regular use. The zipper will fail and the fabric will become brittle and either crack or tear. This is common due to solar exposure and not a failure of the manufacturer. Gardman sells replacement covers rather than having to purchase the frame again. It's perfect for seed germination and accepts being fully soaked (it's waterproof) by a hose when needed.

I've had my Gardman 5 tier for 2 years, thats 2 winters..sitting outside on the deck. I like the size so much I purchased another one for storing potting soil, pots, etc.
I have a small but actual greenhouse so I use this for storage..had to purchase a new cover because the zipper broke after 6 seasons. Considering how much use it gets, thats not too bad.
I do wish the replacement cover wasn't so expensive..not that much less that a new 'mini greenhouse'.

Both zips failed before I had even finished setting it up! Unfortunately I cant return it as I'd put tape on the roof to reinforce but sheesh! I had two a year ago that worked fine, now I will never buy this brand again. There has to be a better one available.

This was one of the best covers I ever bought. It was much longer than my mini-greenhouse, but I knew that. The price was phenomenal also - that is why I bought knowing that it would be longer.
