I'd give these guys a 5 star rating but of the two manifolds I bought, only one of them came with the required studs. Other than that, absolutely great!.

Part was an exact bolt in replacement to the OEM Mercruiser 5.7L manifold. Amazon price was half of what local dealers wanted. Started and ran with no leaks the first time.
