I hesitantly purchased this product as I was worried installation would be difficult. Whether lucky or by design, I was able to install the seats over the existing frame that was holding my previous seats with very minor modification. So the included "stand" that the seats would have sat on was not needed. I suppose every boat is different (mine is an 18 foot Bayliner Capri), but had I needed to use the included stand, it would have been too tall for me to use it on the drivers side. The seat would have been too close to the steering wheel. That is why I took one star off. However, the seats look great, the blue color matches my previous color and the carpet of my boat perfectly. They look exactly as if they came from the manufacturer and fit perfectly on top of my existing seat base. Same exact length as my previous seats.

I really like the fact that the base is made of plastic instead of wood. Extremely easy to assemble, didn't take 10 minutes per seat. So far it's a great product.

This is a great price and a great deal for any boat! This double seat turns into a flat bed super easy to install and quality leather. My son put this into our boat in 15 minutes with a power drill and a screw driver tip! This price is hard ot beat at any Marine store this is 3 times the cost!
