One of the best eyewear retainers I have ever used. The never get tangled on themselves, they rarely get tangled in my hair and if they ever do get tangled, they are quite easy to slip off of the glasses. I had trouble with them falling off until I made it a habit to take them off and clean the ends and inside the rubber boot every once in awhile with a Q-tip to keep them from falling off.

The "Cablz" retainer is a great item, my glasses no longer get caught between my back/my head and my truck's headrest. Only someone who wears glasses can understand the frustration of getting their glasses pushed into their face when using the hanging type of eyeglass retainers. The person who invented the "Cablz" retainer deserves a medal.

I wanted to love these...but after about a month the rubber part that slips over the end of the glasses became loose and started coming undone. I work outdoors and I need something that will keep my glasses on my head, if I can't trust it to hold them securely, I really have no use for them. I am a field scientist and work around water, so I need something that I can trust, especially since I have a pair of expensive Maui Jim's... A little tweeking and they may have a good product. I would not recommend these!

Bought it after my boyfriend who is a bit of a clutz kept letting his glasses fall. As you all know glasses are expensive and walking around for a good portion of the year with cracked lens waiting for your insurance to allow you to buy new ones is ridiculous. So when he bought his new pair I immediately grabed one of these. He protested saying he would look nerdy but when he put them on you could barely tell he had them on and he has ultra thin rimless glasses! They hug the back of his head and if you have anything other than a buzz cut then this will definitely cover the metal band. It's been over a year and we've had to buy another one because the 1st one became a little loose on an old pair he had, but for the price it was worth buying again. They're not perfect since they do loosen at the tips over time, but I suggest not to jam the glasses all the way into them and to use hand sanitizer like the product says inside the openings and letting it dry (it creates a seal of sorts). Overall, he hasn't had a scratch on his glasses since then :)

These are the perfect design for me - they don't catch on my neck hair, light, comfortable. Only issue I had was I ordered the "regular" size, and even these will not securely attach to standard temples on cheapo readers style eyeglasses.

The XS version was not available, and 3mm seems quite tiny that the regular size is spec'd for, but not tiny enough to securely grasp the ends of the readers I use.
