If i could leave no stars i would. Long story short, i had to keep resetting the bolt and in the end the "4340" steel busted.

I bought theses because of a review and since the I've found several negative reviews. I wish I had found those negative reviews before I bought. Out of 16 rockers two of them are no good and must be replaced. That wouldn't be so bad but the time to deal with this is far more expensive than the rockers.
