Not sure if it is just where I live but its hard to get these packets alone/by itself because they don't sell them in the stores you would think. You could probably go to a flower shop and they'll just give it to you, but I rather not do that, especially when the wifey is buying flowers like every other week. I guess you could mix up your own concoction from internet and youtube, but I rather just have convenience by getting these Florallife packets, and it works. Its not even expensive for that much and I'm sure that it will be awhile before she needs more.

Pleasantly surprised at how well this works to keep the flowers from wilting. We have tried other products and none lived up their hype. This Floralife Crystal 200 does. I use 2 packets and then fill the vase about a 1/3 to 1/2 full with water. The flowers now last a lot longer, we have not measured the difference but seems like they went from less than week with other products to 2-3 weeks before they are wilted. The difference has been really noticeable.

So to make sure I write an honest review, I did an experiment. One vase with the food and one without. Same type of flowers and same evrything. The ones with the flower food were fresh after 7 days and ones without had already died. I will highly recommend this for cut flower lovers.
Works as Expected, Just HALF the Size.

Works exactly as you would expect and just like what you get from the grocer or flower vendor. The only thing that IS NOT the same, is that these packets are half the size of what you normally get with your flowers. These packets make .5 liters of water and the packets that come wrapped with flowers make 1 liter of water.
In the end, I often have to use two packets to equal what I'm used to, and that reduces the number of packets/uses to 100. I do like that with smaller vases and arrangements, I can use just one packet and I never have to clip the packet for use later.
