This was a great deal cheaper than the Beall system and seems as well made. The Amazon Warehouse price made it a no brainer. It just fits on my Jet 1014 mini lathe.
A must have for pen making.

This thing works great after I learned how to use it. There is a learning curve to how much polish to apply to the wheels and then how much pressure to put on the pen during the polishing. After I figured it out my pens are shinny and glossy.

I've been quite happy with this system -- at this price. I couldn't justify the high-priced brand for the amount of work I do. If I were doing a lot, I'd put together a dedicated pedestal system.
