Couldn't be happier with this purchase!
Up till last week it has worked pretty well for us but it recently stopped retracting

Ordered it in October of 2016. Up till last week it has worked pretty well for us but it recently stopped retracting, it seems like the spring inside of it plainly broke... On top of that I am also disappointing to find out that the manufacturer does not have good customer service (the will not even answer the phone or return messages) and there apparently is no warranty.
A side note would be that this reel was used quite a bit since I installed it. It was used daily in a Grounds maintenance company's shop for mainly filling tires but also for running air tools sometimes as well. Although it was used a fair amount over its life I would have expected it to last a lot longer considering that it was only being used for what it was designed for.
Unfortunately there are not many other options for 100ft auto rewind air reels in this price range.

very durable and solid. purchased to mount at home garage. Very heavy, added a few 2x4s for added support. Better than anything i found in a box store. I would buy again.

The reel is ok but the return ratchet mechanism is broken, the hose will not lock into place. I emailed the company and asked if they will replace it, haven't heard back from them yet after two emails.
The reel seems reasonably durable, but ratchet mechanism is very cheap. This reel is not the most expensive but cost too much money for the locking mechanism to not work right out of the box. I wished I had checked it out before mounting this heavy unit overhead.

Had for about 6months and the return spring is already broken I have it inside and didn't even subject it to rough use worked great when I got it. I just reel it up by hand now
