The young & older relatives around our Passover seder table were not aware of the significance of "schmura" matzoh. I was able to order just two days before via Amazon; local sources in/around Atlanta were sold out--from Israel. Thanks to Whole Foods! The round 10" matzoh was placed in the center, on the seder plate. It is made only once a year--by specially appointed bakers--to commemorate the Exodus from Egypt (slavery) and the dough they brought with them, "starters." After the ceremonial meal, I brought the rest home and made "matzoh brie" at home!

Matzah taste excellent. However, packages broken"”many, many matzahs in tiny pieces. Need better packaging/shipping?

Ok the reviews for this matzo are crazy- it's supposed to have black marks or what u call "burn" marks - you do realize it's hand made. It's not stale it's crisp unlike the matzo u buy at the grocery store. Don't expect the same thing. This is handmade matzah cooked in an oven like a pizza. It's big round circles. I loved it and I thought it was the best matzah I ever had. It has a gourmet feel. It's not going to be the one in the grocery store made by a machine - only thing is it should not be so expensive- I would buy it again for sure- I also appreciated how they got it to me in one day in time for passover - thanks so much

This is the best shmura matzo! This is my third year in a row buying it through Amazon. Haven't opened yet (Pesach is next month).

I needed matzoh this would've come the fastest they are not so cheap and sometimes some of it does come cracked but overall it's great for free shipping and came in time and taste pretty well
