We used this in a high school production of Cyrano de Bergerac. It fit my 16 year old actor just fine. I highly recommend you get it early on in the rehearsal process so there is time to get used to it.
Makeup goes on it and seems to stay. We didn't have a problem with it rubbing off. (The pictures were before we added any makeup.)
Towards the end of the production, I was wishing I would have ordered a second one as it seemed like the edges were getting a bit roughed up. Mostly I think this was just inexperience with teenage makeup crews and actor.
I would definitely recommend this.

This nose was limp and flimsy. Definitely not what we expected. It could not be used for our theatrical purposes--and I certainly don' t know how amateurs could make it work for a Halloween costume or the likes. I would never purchase this product again. The photo and advertising are very misleading.
but if you stuff it with cotton balls it should be fine.
