Looks like great quality but a few holes weren't drilled. Tried to reach out to the company for replacement parts but their contract with Amazon won't let me work directly with me and apparently too long for Amazon to do anything (no option on the site). Ugh. Frustrated. Planning on buying the rocking chairs but not through Amazon in case something is wrong with them (would be easier to deal directly with Polywood).

Excellent Quality!!! I originally purchased a Highwood porch swing and bench, but do to shipping issues and damage I returned them and opted for Polywood. While Highwood had a nice glossy and more realistic wood look, the material felt more like hard plastic (like a hard plastic toy). The material felt brittle and creaked and cracked when pressure was applied. Polywood has more of a waxy finish look when up close, but the stoutness of the material has a feel like it will last a lifetime. This stuff is heavy and dense. Also the way the swing was built or overbuilt, it has metal reinforcement on the back rest and on the seat area...Highwood does not have this. I've read that people have had issues assembling Polywood products? In the directions it says not to fully tighten the screws until everything is assembled. Do do that and everything will fall into place tightly, but thats how it should be. So far I have put together two Polywood rocking chairs, an end table and now this swing....no problems at all.

Fairly straight forward assembly. Just don't tighten things until the end. Mine went together flawlessly. Had all hardware included, nothing missing. Says it was a 400lb box but I picked this up by myself and put it on the patio. Definitely two people needed to hang. I put it together myself.

While the package arrived damaged, the swing was still in perfect shape! I ordered two other highly rated name brand (one of which was Highwood Lehigh) swings previously and they both arrived broken. I can already tell that this polywood swing will withstand a lot of use! So happy to have a pretty white swing. As suggested by another reviewer, we purchased the Swing Kingdom Stainless Steel Swing Hook for silent swinging.

Swing arrived today and only took about 20 minutes for me to put it together. Don't understand all the comments about difficult assembly...
I was a little nervous when it first arrived as the box had been torn almost completely in half during shipping, but the swing and all parts still made it here unscathed!
We have spent this evening swinging and couldn't be happier. Thrilled that we will never have to paint this swing!! This swing is my 50th birthday present and I couldn't be happier with it!
