I first bought Cardio for Life (orange flavor) from a health food store and used for several months. (I take a Beta Blocker in the morning for heart arrhythmia.) I take the CFL at bedtime and have a much more restful sleep. It provides lots of easily absorbed beneficial vitamin/mineral supplements. The orange flavor reminds me of Tang or orange Gatorade.
