Works perfectly with induction cookware!

Bought for cooking on my portable induction counter cooktop (purchased while awaiting installation of my new radiant cook top). This skillet is beautiful. It's weight and construction equals that of professional cookware. Cooks beautifully on the induction cooktop. I have learned it is not necessary to cook on high heat on an induction cooktop when frying eggs, sauteing vegetables and meats. I have learned to search for whatever setting cooks the food at a nice pace but avoids sticking, burning, and production of a lot of smoke. Thus, it cooked my eggs (without most of the eggs being left in the pan, lol), sausage, and saute'd veggies perfectly and in minutes and this cookware remained beautiful. It is reasonably priced for its quality. I know it will work well on my new stationary below-counter cooktop. So, buy and enjoy. (If looking for induction cookware buy at least 18/10 quality.)

I walked into a deal on an induction cook top and had to get new pots and pans in a bit of a hurry. I did some research online, as you do, and found blog recommendations for Duxtop. Affordable and good quality. I LOVE these, tey were a much more affordable option to a big name out there. I bought this as a second pan. It is not quite the same as my set, it handle is slightly different but I can live with that. These shipped and arrived quickly, I'm really happy, would repurchase, and did, from this vendor.

This has become my favorite small pan that I use on both my smooth top electric range and my single Induction hob. This morning, I created a memorable Fritatta in it. Cleanup is very easy, as long as one is careful not to get it too hot and create some heavy burned on areas which require deep scrubbing/

Great Pan, purchased this along with the Induction CooktopDUXTOP 1800-Watt Portable Induction Cooktop Countertop Burner 9100MC. The combo worked great. We used this for an office party and it was able to crank out a Vegetable Frittata, Jumbo Prawns in a garlic butter sauce and seared Filet. It does come with a lid which I did not see mentioned in the description. The only negative is that it is stainless so you will need to be mindful of what you are cooking as you can get thinks to stick to the pan.
