I've used Pendulum for years. [In Arizona] It is a good pre-emerge weed control. [MAYBE the BEST] But it is potent. Use some form of FACE mask and gloves [nitrile ] when using as I think the stuff is pretty toxic. The Yellowing of the ground,.. Don't know if it is the Chemical, or just a Marking solution to know where you covered is annoying! IT DOES GO AWAY, over time to a degree! But If you hit the Stucco on your house? Well, you will see it for weeks. And if you spray your Landscape rocks, it is the same scenario. I like the stuff, but the yellowing? Not so much! And it does take moisture to activate. So best to spray down with a garden hose after application if you can for best results. That will also remove the yellowing a bit.

I have used this product for years on my 4ac yard , skipped one year and my weeds came back a little but not bad, It does what the label says it will do. Always be careful because it will stain your concrete and anything you get it on. I've been lucky and got the needed rain before the 7 day period was up that's needed to set the product. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for .
