Good product. I just read a review of this item and I agree that you need to keep the end caps or purchase new ones. But this is far from flimsy. Solid aluminum with steel fasteners. The other brands I've seen and used are much weaker, and about half of them use special end caps too. I'd rather have a solid frame that I can clean and use over and over than one with plastic parts that break within a few roller slave changes. This is made for us professionalso that need reliable tools.

If you buy this KEEP the end caps. When you buy a 18" roller it will not fit on this. You have to remove the end caps on the roll amd install the ones this came with. Otherwise it will not fit. The adjustable arms make for a flimsy roller.
