We have enjoyed using on cod fillets and have only used as dry coating and considering that the fish has less added calories as it is not fried, it is very good. I am looking forward to using it mixed per directions as a coating to use for frying fish. I am grateful that it is able to be used without the added calories as it makes it easy to eat fish and not 'blow the diet'.... By the way, I am cooking the fish in a cast iron skillet on the BBQ as it is too hot to turn on the oven(106 degrees as I write this review). You have to turn the fish once but do not have to stay outside and watch it cook!!
