This knife made installing fiberglass insulation a breeze- super sharp blade cut through the fiberglass like butter and the serrated edge sliced right through the paper backing. I went through three packages of battings (8 battings each) and by the end the knife definitely show signs of wear and tear and needed sharpening, but was still functional. Much better than using as exacto knife or razor blade.

I've only used this to open some packages but the handle feels very solid and the blade is extremely sharp after a few quick swipes on a wet stone. I'm not sure if it's full tang but the heft of the handle and the metal striking cap lead me to believe it may be.
