I purchased this to hold my large laserjet printer and it is going to work nice. I docked it one star because the wood had some blemishes and the metal had a small dent (see pics). Neither of these will cause an issue for holding my printer so I didn't bother to send it back. I get that it is a very inexpensive end table but I just could not give 5 stars for their poor quality control.

This table is serving as a stand for my Sherwood receiver. It's perfect for this application because it's dimensions match up very well to the bulky Sherwood.

In fact my wife was not pleased to see the Sherwood because it was so large and eating up space so I did my research and ordered this table to help keep the peace. It's color matched my room well and my wife is happy. I have my subwoofer on the lower shelf which I may remove I'm not wild about rattling my receiver so much every time I use it.

The bottom shelf does seem removable the table will still be pretty sturdy without it I'll just have to carefull about sliding it around on the carpet.

Keep in mind this is an inexpensive product so under scrutiny you can find imperfections. Here's what I found on a reasonably thorough inspection.

A. The finish on the top shelf was inconsistent along one edge and is viable lighter then the rest of the shelf ( for my purpose the entire top is concealed)

B. The welds are hurriedly done and inconsistent but are sound.

C. It's probably not entirely square I never checked it but I doubt it is. The way it's designed the screws don't really set into a position that keeps it square as you assemble so if you want it perfectly square your going to have to pay attention as you assemble it.

D. You are definately going to want to leave the screws all loose until they're all in place and tighten them up evenly to avoid problems as you put it together if you do that assembly is a breeze, literally 5 minutes.

Overall it's a fantastic budget minded peacekeeping table. At a glance it's a very nice piece of furnature that serves me well and if you have reasonable expectations it'll probably work for you too.

Manufacturer must have reviewed / corrected all problems posted in previous reviews, or perhaps some of the reviewers were inept?

I have been assembling such furniture products for 45 plus years - some very complex / many steps, parts etc. This table was among the easiest. Packed and shipped in sturdy box, carefully padded / wrapped all around in styrofoam and interleaved with soft, thin foam sheets.

Needed total 20 small and 4 large hex-head screws (wrench was included) - received an extra screw of each size. All screws went into threaded holes easily - no mis-alignments whatsoever - most could be turned near fully down by hand. All parts fit together easily and correctly. No scratches / mars / defects whatsoever observed - frame tack welds noted were underneath / not visible from above. --- Rubber feet at bottom of legs even screw out for leveling!

Could not be happier with this purchase - thinking of getting a few more!

Ordered 2 as end tables for an office suite area. Sturdy little tables.

One of the easiest pieces of furniture I have ever put together. All the predrilled holes were in the proper places. Very nice looking solid table for the money.
