Disassembled on arrival with no assembly instructions. Box was torn open. It took 2 hours to put it together. It had no directions as to how to align it either.
Easy to install and aim. Great signal.

Roofers damaged my old dish. This was a great replacement and has a smaller LNB than my old one, but still pick up all the North American content I want. Easy to aim with fine adjustment screws. Self installed using the HR-24 as a signal meter with a phone. Got great signal, in the 90%s. Luckily it mounted on my old post just fine.
Defective product, no instructions and poor customer service.

Received this dish on Jan 29. No instructions included, but managed to assemble it. Tried four times to get it to work at a remote cabin in Texas. Finally got the nearest DirecTV service guy out and he determined that the LNB was defective. Luckily he had a spare LNB and got the dish to work. Charged me $100 for service call. Asked seller for a partial refund due to the defective LNB. Seller said that I would have to send the entire dish back for a refund. Not possible as dish is mounted on top of a remote cabin. One star for defective product and terrible customer service.
