I adore this spread. It has wonderful flavor and tastes fresh. It is not very sweet - scale of 1 to 10 with 10 most sweet it is a 2. Perfect for those who don't like a lot of sugar. I drain the oil at the top and good to go. Worth every penny.

This is the best alternative to peanut butter we have ever found. It tastes really good. Not a substitute for peanut allergy unless you have been tested but it is really good. I think it is too expensive for what it is but will eventually become more mainstream I hope in the future and less expensive. Have not been able to find in ANY stores.

I use walnut butter as part of my diet. Walnuts have been shown to decrease appetite and help burn fat. Plus they're a good source of fat. Although the oil separates when you first open, it's easy enough to mix back in. Recommended.

I bought these for my elderly mother. She eats very scarcely, has food issues, and is very thin, but she LOVES this walnut butter, and will eat a spoon or two each day, even when she refuses to eat anything else, so at least she's getting some good fat and some calories. It is really delicious with a grainy consistency. It does not need to be refrigerated. So far I have not had to stir it but if that changes after some use, I will just turn it upside down. I am thrilled when I find a great tasting food item that is also healthy, like this. The only negative is the price. I bought one solo, for $14 -yikes! - to see if I liked it. Now I will buy them several at a time, which is still expensive, but cheaper than one at $14.
Next I will try the pecan butter which is also a healthy choice of the nut butters, according to accredited health sites.
