Same outfit that makes the upside down marking paint in Minden, Nevada, USA. Very well made. Has has flashing/constant/strobe yellow light on wand part and flashlight on end. I volunteer with our local sheriff and use for night time operations. Battery will last entire shift. Comes in 3 pack, which gives me one wand for each hand during traffic control with a spare. I use Frangilico monk's belt for wrist strap!
