great tomatoes.
i've only been using them this year... so i hate to admit that they sat on my shelf for an entire year before i finally got around to cooking with them, but even after sitting for a year each pouch is nice and moist and fresh.
much cheaper than buying dried tomatoes in a jar, which is the only other option where i am stationed.

They are what they claim to be, but these are actually the nastiest sun dried tomatoes I've ever had. That's all honestly. But the shipping was good at least.

I make a couple batches of hummus a week and the flavor of the hummus has improved greatly since I started using these sun dried tomatoes. They are tender and have a rich flavor.... plus a low price.
