This Hori-Hori knife is not the last word in weeding, but it is very solid and feels good in the hand. Combined with my Radius Garden 205 Pro weeder (which pretty much is the last word in weeding), it gives me a fighting chance at the toughest weeds. Today I pulled out a palm sprout (which I am plagued with since removing an old palm tree) and the tap root was 14 inches long! The sprout was maybe an inch above the surface. This is what I'm up against. Hundreds of them on a small slope. At least with these two tools (knife is good for close work)I will eventually get rid of these insidious little buggers.
