Takes unsafe surfaces and makes them safe.
sprinklesJanuary 26, 2017
After nearly slipping in my fiberglass single shower many times, I finally found this product. Cleaned the floor with steel wool and soap. Dried it and cleaned with alcohol. Sprayed it on liberally, let it dry an hour then sprayed on a second coat and let it dry for 24 hours. I have taken a shower at least 20 or so times now and have never felt uneasy on my feet. The texture is very gripping but comfortable. I feel much safer now taking a shower where most home accidents happen.
I also had just enough left to put a 4" strip on each of my 4 painted steps heading into my garage. Another unsafe surface taken care of.
Good stuff

I was able to toss my suction cupped bath mat that was just as dangerous as having nothing because it slipped too often. This stuff is invisible to my trifocaled eyes. It is very much non slip after several months of use. I can step in the shower with confidence. After a thorough cleaning, I masked the tub with frog tape. When it was dry, some of the color from the tape was visible around the edges where it had been saturated by this spray. Also, be sure to thoroughly clean and dry the tub before spraying. This stuff started to peel up in a small area at the edge near the drain. I'm chocking it up to error on my part for perhaps not getting it clean enough, but I'm not sure. I used half a can for a standard bath tub. I'd use it again.
I rate it 5 star for clogging and being totally worthless

I have no idea if the product could really work because the application and spray was totally useless. I was able to spray for approximately 1/8th of the shower floor and it spray clogged. I took it off the can, got it open again and repeated the process and it clogged immediately. I tried it the third time and it ended up in the trash. Worthless and a waste of money
Solved the problem!

This solved a problem I've had for years with my bathtub ! I took someone else's recommendation and wore a respirator that I ordered at the same time for less than $20 because I have COPD. As others have said the fumes were gone a few hours later. I shut the bathroom door and left the window open with a fan pointed towards the open window. Application was super easy. I did two coats. I didn't bother to tape off the area since it was clear. I had tried rubber bath mats and stick on appliqués and those failed to solve the problem. Now I feel totally safe standing in the shower. Love, love, love this product!
Very good product.

Worked as advertised, just be sure you properly clean the surface to be coated, I mean scrub it down well and then clean it again. Your prep work will go a long way in your application of this lasting. I coated my fiberglass tub several weeks ago because I was tired of mats sliding and then getting mildew because they didn't dry properly. This is a great product, however I only gave 4 stars because the odor of the fumes was quite overpowering. Make sure you ventilate VERY WELL! If you have ever used model glue, it's much worse. One can was plenty for one standard size tub, I bought two because I read one or two reviews that they didn't have enough coverage, I used a few quick back and forth sprays and had good coating and 3/4 of the first can left.
I imagine after a period of time it will wear and a re spray will be needed. Follow the directions on the can and you should be just fine.
