As a licensed electrician, I am familiar with ELCO quality. I am quite sure these are NOT manufactured by ELCO as the were of low quality and looks like inferior plastic. They did the trick but required more than normal force to install. If you need a quality product, only buy authentic products from known and authorized resellers.
