Missing the spring level for resistance; hard to use.

I had this exact one before and it came with like a little spring lever that gave resistance between the handles when you are using it, you can see it in the picture. The one I received did not have one, nor any hinges or holes where one might fit into (if it had fallen off or something). So it's a pretty big pain to use. The blades are sharp at least, which is why I bought it after my first ones dulled. But without the spring lever it's pretty janky to use and not worth $10.
Strongly recommend -- better than more expensive ones!

I love it! I have tried a few different cuticle cutters before, and this one is by far the best. The cleaner/pusher tool has become one of the most used items I own-- I even bring it with me when I travel!
The clippers have stayed sharp for two years, and they gave no indication of dulling. I unfortunately had to purchase a new one this week because someone knocked mine to the ground and the hinge snapped. I have dropped this on the ground many times with no issue, so that should not be a sign of its durability.
What I love about these cutters is that the two tools combined make it really easy to cut your cuticles without worrying about ripping them. I can use the cutters alone, but the pusher is really fantastic! When I grew my nails out long, I was able to use the rounded end to do a one-swipe clean. If you know how to correctly cut your cuticles, this is a great purchase! (Because it is successfully sharp, if you use it incorrectly and cut beyond where you should, it will cause damage.)
