IF you want this to COVER FRONT BACK AND SIDES OF YOUR SOFA BUY TWO, SEW THEM TOGETHER LENGTHWISE. Otherwise, this WILL NOT fully cover a sofa, you have to pin it which will pull and make holes in your sofa fabric when it's sat upon. What a pain, WHEN had it been made twice as wide, to begin with, it would actually be useful in covering more than the seat and arms.

I love this cover, BUT..... it is to short from front to back for any couch I have in my house. It is very very long on the sides, they should have taken some of that material and put it on the back. BUT... I like it so much I bought two and sewed them together to fit. It stays in place perfectly, unlike many others I have had. I put the seam at the top so it looks like it belongs. They tuck in very nice and wash perfect. I have kids that have put that to the test.

The picture is very misleading - it's pretty much an over-sized table cloth they expect you to work miracles on covering the couch. Not only did it look terrible when placed on the couch, but there's no way to keep it in place - no straps or ties or anything other than tucking it into the edges, which never keeps something like this in place. For the price, it would be much better just to cover your couch with a blanket or sheet, or go buy a bunch of material and throw it on the couch. Returned for a refund immediately - will keep looking for a decent couch cover that will work for my couch, or bring out the sewing machine and make my own.
