The product was very flakey. The screen would get little red dots and sometimes one screen would stop completely. I should be allowed to get a full refund as I had to by another Video Card. VisionTek Radeon 5450 SFF 512MB DDR3 3M (3x DVI-D) Graphics Card - 900344

Did not work. Talked with Tech Support and followed all instructions, tech support is not friendly. Connections were made wrong, did not fit DVI connector. Worst purchase I ever made. Wasted my money.

Out 10 or so purchased at different times several of the pigtails caused damage to the card when inserted. After close inspection we found the some of the contacts in the pigtails didn't fit into their respected slots and when inserted into the card, pushed the contacts back up into the video card shorting other contacts. I won't hesitate to buy these though (I know to look for the damaged pins in the pigtail before installing.) they work really well once you realize the card is smart enough to recognize which monitor it is connected to. Once started up and the card has recognized each monitor connected, simply switching the cables will not change their position. You have to go into the software provided and move the monitor positions there. (Or physically move the monitor itself.) Amazon made swapping out the defective units simple and fast.
