I chose this product for a temporary use - maybe sustaining our needs for a year or two until we can do a more permanent bathroom remodel. For THAT purpose, it really rates 5 stars. But buyers should be aware that peel and stick vinyl tile will always look a little cheap (which, after all - at this price - it is!). Some of the seams are showing the adhesive on the surface just a bit, but I've had relative success cleaning it off. Everyone was right about the appearance of blue in the picture actually being gray, so I appreciate the forewarning there. I would have like the blue element as well, but the gray still works in my rooms.

These look almost like the real thing, if applied properly. My fiancé was hesitant at first and thought they would look cheap and unprofessional but after laying a few down he was rather impressed. We followed the recommendation of other reviewer's and purchased additional floor adhesive, which worked well with the "tiles".
Our biggest challenge was the toilet as it is odd shaped but after watching a couple YouTube videos and finding the best method that works for us, I think we did a fairly good job at following the lines.

The media could not be loaded. Need something cheap & fast? This works pretty well. Having in-laws over & a holiday party. The flooring was patched & we couldn't find the right color so this is an improvement. Don't expect perfect seams but for 72 cents a square foot you can't go wrong. I wouldn't put it in a rental or use it for permanent flooring but for a while it should last. Make sure to get extra tiles. These do not match the ones I bought for under my stove a few years ago. They are more brown than blue.
