This is the absolute best sauce for my favorite vegetable dish. I combine zucchini, yellow squash, peppers (green, red, yellow or just one of them) onion, baby carrots, sugar snap peas, green beans and then add a little (maybe a tablespoon of Iron Chef Sauce & Glaze Sesame Garlic on top.) Bake at 300 degrees for about 1/2 hour and then mix in the sauce with the vegetables. Bake more according to how done you want the veggies and add a little more sauce according to taste. Do this uncovered as there is quite a bit of liquid on the bottom. The dish is better if this evaporates for the most part. I couldn't find the sauce at several supermarkets I checked, so ordered on line. No other sauce will do it for me.
