Not as strong of a peppermint flavor as I would like

Without adding 4+ pumps I can barely get a hint of peppermint, and adding that many pumps adds too much sweetness. It's a conundrum.

This is a syrup mostly for coffee, but other purposes, that tastes much like candy canes.....so, its just a matter of taste.....one member of the family loves it.....as to me, I drink my coffee black.

I use it every morning in my coffee. I have a Keurig cappuccino/latte maker. Since adding peppermint and cinnamon to my coffee at home, the flavor is much better than at Starbucks. It is rare that I go to Starbucks now as the coffee I make at home with Monin peppermint is better tasting and richer. And I have saved quite a bit of money not going to Starbucks.
