This salt not only has a beautiful balance in it's taste, it also looks very beautiful with it's pink and red hues displayed in my clear glass salt grinder. I use salt sparingly and I wanted an aesthetic look on my table as well as having a truly unique flavor that replaced the old standard iodized salt that has dressed my table for 50 years. This salt grinds easy and has a very well balanced taste that surpasses any salt I have ever tasted. I highly recommend this to you and think if you want something unique and flavorful this Himalayan Crystal salt is for you.

This is the first time we tried this salt and I have to say this tastes great. I like that the Himalayan salt has healthier benefits than regular salt. I am glad I found this salt in a course version so I can use it in my salt grinder allowing everyone to add just the right amount for them to their dishes. A little bit of this goes a long way which means it's a great value meaning this salt has two things that mean a lot to me.. it's healthy and it's a good value!

I did not receive the product that is pictured in the ad. The salt is a very pale pink and white and in a package labeled as Black Tai Salt Co. not The Spice Lab. I will be returning it.

I ordered this salt because of the health benefits of the Himalayan salt over regular salt. The Himalayan Crystal Saltâ„¢ contains 84 highly absorbable trace elements and nutrients. Table salt is 97.5% sodium chloride and contains 2.5% moisture absorbents and iodine. There are so many other benefits that I am finding out about that is even more reason for changing from using a regular table salt and now using the Himalayan salt, although I originally ordered because I knew this to be a healthier option for my husband who has high blood pressure issues.
It says food grade on the bag but it can also be used in a soaking bath, also for the health benefits.
It wasn't PRIME shipping but the shipping was free and I received it much quicker than the predicted time frame. Totally pleased with my purchase.
