Pretty good, but be careful!
Prime JunkieMarch 22, 2017
Warning! Make sure you screw this on TIGHT to your regulator before attaching the CO2 canister. Use a wrench or something, because it needs to be EXTREMELY tight for it not to leak. It got stuck, and I couldn't remove it, and it leaked CO2 before I could get it off. So be careful!

Other than that, it works well!
It's a bit small

I bought a CO2 paint ball canister regulator, but it didn't work as I had presumed so I bought this additional adapter to resolve the issue. It works fine now, but it was a tad smaller than the female adapter of my regulator so it leaked which required me to make an additional run to Menards and grab some thread tape. If this product had fit perfectly, or came with an O-ring to prevent the leak, I would have given this product review a 5 star.
Worked Like a Charm

I bought this adapter to connect a 20 ounce paintball CO2 canister to a regulator for beer home brewing.

It's my first adventure with kegging beer, and I don't have a lot of space in my apartment. So, I'm setting up a small system with a 1.75 gallon keg. I don't have room for a larger CO2 canister. The adapter fit the 20 ounce CO2 canister and regulator perfectly.

I don't have an on-off valve for the CO2, so I made sure to connect the adapter to the regulator first, and then I connected my CO2. I lost just a little squirt of gas before I achieved a tight seal. I also used teflon tape, and I didn't have any leaks.
great for what it is, but could do more

This thing is great for what it does, but it could do more.

If you're kegging beer, you'll notice your normal tank has a shutoff knob. If you screw this adapter on a paintball tank it will depress the valve and start releasing CO2. This means you screw the adapter into the regulator super tight, and then screw in the paintball tank super-fast so it doesn't start spraying everywhere.

If you look around you can spend a few extra dollars for an inline on/off paintball tank adapter.
Works great and I am glad it is available.

First.. this is NOT for sodastream or any other overpriced silly Co2 machine. This is for an american style regulator such as those made for aquariums, beer brewing, or soda fountains to take an american style paintball tank instead of the big Co2 tanks you would normally use with those regulators.

This works well, and unlike some other adapters you do not need to remove the stem from your gauges. I keep a 40 pound tank in the garage that I use to fill up paintball tanks. I then use those paintball tanks with this and a regulator intended for aquariums as the meat and potatoes of my diy carbonation setup. I get all the advantages of having a big tank without having to actually keep one in my kitchen.
