I wish I could find a floor mop made of this stuff!! it loosens and picks up things other cleaners and brushes have gone right over in the past. I have this vinyl flooring that everything sitcks to. dust, dirt, .. a regular mop picks up part of it but theres so much more than doesn't come off. I've used a new one of these ( seperate from what I'm using in the toilet bowl of course) on my floor and I'm amazed and how much stuff comes up. I guess I'll have to kill my back and crawl all over my kitchen floor with this thing and a bucket of pine sol.. but it really cleans it up! I'm buying more.
Poor quality brush

It really "sucked". The brush portion was not FULL in a 360 diameter. And it should have been supplied with a holder or 'dish' in which t store it. Too much money for what one gets. I will try to find another product which has a soft brush but is FULLER and is supplied with a holder.
Makes cleaning easier!

This is a great little bowl mop! However, I bought it to clean my bathtub and to clean the outside of my toilet. I am unable to get down on my knees, so the handle on this little mop gives me the reach I need to clean the bathtub and to clean around the outside of the toilet. I will be buying more of these.
Such a simple thing but huge improvement over what I've always used

I'm often surprised and frustrated when a reviewer complains about the size of an object when the dimensions are clearly stated. This arrived and I was surprised by how short it is but that doesn't seem to matter. Probably most people are accustomed to the default brush that comes in a stainless steel tube or that is available at your local grocery store. I have been using those but haven't been particularly happy with them. Yes, they clean the toilet but the tips are squishable and not completely effective. I started looking for a more decorative option, oddly enough, but found this (and another that's probably better than the default) along the way.
I chose to try this first because the fibers are synthetic and probably dry more quickly than cotton. I think that's true as long as it's place so it can dry after using. It does a better job than the bristly ones, getting under the lip and scrubbing without squishing. It seems to require less toilet bowl cleaner (I use Mrs. Meyers) and I've been accustomed to needing. Wiping down the outside edges and underside of the seat is easier with less dripping.
The handle is shaped so the brush can be placed with the wet part over the toilet bowl and the handle sandwiched between the bowl and lid. I left it that way for some period of time, removed it the next time I used that toilet and it was only slightly damp. I didn't want to buy another stainless tube for it-I was short one cleaning unit when I bought this one-so I kept my eye out for something else to put it in between uses. Next time I went to my favorite local thrift store I found the perfect storage: a donated Teleflora vase shaped like a ball with a hole on top. The short handle again came in handy- oy, sorry about that pun- it doesn't provide a long counterweight that could otherwise pull it over or pull over both the brush and pot.
Overall, I call this a success and doubt I'll buy the stainless steel/bristly brush units again.

Can I just say that I love this thing?

I love this thing. It's small and cheap. In fact I have looked on janitorial supply websites and you can get these things for about a buck apiece if you want to purchase 100 (I don't). BUT, it doesn't spray harsh cleanser back at me like my bristled toilet brushes do. AND, it actually gets those hard-to-reach places clean, like under the rim of the toilet bowl. I will probably buy more of these in the future, so as to have one in every bathroom. I rinse it in the toilet water after flushing the cleanser away. Then I twist it while pushing against the upper part of the bowl to wring it out. Gets it pretty dry. Then I have a cheap(walmart) but heavy, short glass vase next to the toilet that I put it in after use and I just let it sit there until next time. I am quite pleased with it so far.
