Works good. Kids are excited

Only used a couple times. Pretty happy with performance. Definitely need to modify with a line reel. Only thing I have noticed wrong is that the gun fills with water and i haven't been able to drain it.

I have taken this gun out on a few Catalina trips and it has held up and has killed lots of fish.

Fantastic little gun . This was the first spear gun I have ever used and I ended up getting a hog fish with it . very easy to use and I missed a few also . ( learning curve )

This gun gives me mixed emotions, I got it last week and spear fishing with it on Tuesday. It has 2 notches on the spear so I started out on the first notch, bad idea need more power. The people that say longer is better are right as far as spear guns are concerned. I only dove for about 30 minutes in very cold water at about 8300ft if you try and shoot a fish from above you will hear your spear deflect off of it, however if you shoot them from the side you will have significant penetration. Overall I am happy with this purchase just wish I would have purchased the longest possible. The Europeans have slimmer spears and I see they might be onto something, however I was impressed with how easily I got used to this speargun and was able to reload and wrap the string up within 20 minutes. I also draped the string through the gun as it comes longer than necessary and drug it back down the shaft where I wrapped it 3 times and I could easily draw the spear cord taunt after I wrapped it from nose to hook. It also added a buffer for when I was out of line dragging fish around so it served 2 purposes. Honestly I was planning my next spear fishing journey with this gun on my way home and it's a day away and I am overzealous with anticipation.
