Worked just fine for me! Mind that in my case, I was opening and old piercing and not creating a new one. There was very little pain or blood, even though the first time there was a lot of both. But these got the job done and it's been a few days. I haven't gotten any infections, so the sterilization seems good enough. The needles are indiividually wrapped for easy storage and use. Altogether, fairly standard, but that's what you need in this sort of product.

The needles were separated and sterilized as far as I can tell (I soak it in alcohol either way before use). Pierced septum and helix so far no sign of infection. *recommend sliding 16g jewelry though instead of trying to fit the same gauge jewelry as the needle through (14)
