It's difficult to rate this product because I may be wrong. I followed the instructions to the letter and had a reading of 7.0. I had a blood test a week later ordered by my doctor and it was 7.6. Granted, I just got over the flu and was a bit stressed with a personal issue so...I could be wrong. I was dismayed because this was my highest reading ever and my doctor said he almost wanted to order another because it was unusual. But easy to use and I will see how I do w/ the next test in 3 months.

This worked great for me, my a1c reading from this product was the exact same reading from the lab reading I received from my doctor! Worth the money and easy to use. One recommendation though- do not use the lancet that comes with it. It is very powerful and painful and made my finger bleed for quite some time.
